These terms apply when you use the Cayan corporate website at cayan.com.au. The website is operated by Cayan Pty Ltd (Cayan, we, us or our), ABN 20 630 069 706.

This website provides general information about Cayan, its Professional Services and its products. It does not provide professional, technical, legal, financial or other advice tailored to your circumstances. 3. Services and products are separate

Professional Services

Any Professional Services engagement is subject to a separate scope and agreement. These website terms do not replace or govern that engagement agreement.

IPAM365

IPAM365 is a Cayan product, but detailed product information and any applicable product, privacy, subscription or service terms may be provided separately on the IPAM365 website or through a separate agreement. Nothing on this corporate website creates an IPAM365 subscription or service arrangement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Cayan owns or is licensed to use the content, branding, layout and other material on this website. Third-party names, marks and material remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and make a reasonable copy of website content for your own lawful, non-commercial evaluation of Cayan. You must not reproduce, publish, modify, sell, licence or commercially exploit website material without permission, except where allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable fair-dealing rights.
